Section 5175.210 - Board Member Attendance by Means Other Than Physical Presencea) If a quorum of the members of the Board or any committee of the Board is physically present for a meeting, as required by Section 2.02 of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, a majority of the Board or committee of the Board, as the case may be, may allow a physically absent member to attend the meeting by video or audio conference if the member is prevented from physically attending because of the following: 1) Personal illness or disability;2) Employment purposes or the business of the ICCB; or3) Family or other emergency.b) Any Board member wishing to attend a meeting by other means shall notify the Board Secretary before the meeting unless advance notice is impractical.Ill.
