Section 62.01.01.326 - SPECIAL MOTIONS01.Interlocutory Motions for Reconsideration. Motions for reconsideration are permitted for any interlocutory order issued by a presiding officer, but any such motion for reconsideration must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the order for which reconsideration is sought. The presiding officer may, in their discretion, rule upon a motion for reconsideration with or without additional briefing, and with or without conference.02.Motions for Permissive Appeal.
