Elected and appointed officials are not subject to the hourly requirement of Section 59-1302(14)(A)(a), Idaho Code.02.Salary and Honorarium. Elected and appointed officials serving on boards, councils, or commissions who receive salary or honorarium for services performed are members of PERSI even though they receive nominal salary and do not normally work twenty (20) hours or more per week.Idaho Admin.
