Section 58.01.25.050 - COMPUTATION OF TIME01.Computing Time. When computing a period of time scheduled to begin after or before an act or event occurs, the date of the act or event is not included. The last day of the period is included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, in which case the period runs until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday. The section does not apply to submission deadlines for twenty-four (24) hour reporting, permit applications, or notices of intent for coverage under a general permit02.Notice by Mail. When a party or interested person has the right or is required to act within a prescribed period after the service of notice or other paper and the notice or paper is served by mail, three (3) days will be added to the prescribed time.Idaho Admin.
