Section 39.04.01.105 - TRANSFER OF TITLE OR INTEREST IN AIRCRAFT01.Previous Owner Responsibility. The owner of an aircraft registered by the Division under Section 21-114, Idaho Code, who transfers or assigns his title or interest in such aircraft, will:a. Within 15 days, provide a copy of the FAA bill of sale; andb. Furnish the Division with the name, address, phone number, and email address (if available) of the person to whom such transfer or assignment was made; andc. Remove or obliterate the decal so as to indicate its cancellation prior to delivery of the aircraft to the transferee or assignee; andd. Request the Division to cancel the registration.02.New Owner Responsibility. The new owner, if a resident of Idaho, a non-resident qualifying under Section 100 of this rule, or a non-resident who flies in this state for ninety (90) days or more within a registration year will register the aircraft with the Division.Idaho Admin.
