Section 39.02.27.010 - DEFINITIONS01.Idaho Trucking Company. Any entity physically located within Idaho and owned, leased, or rented by the registrant, where the operational records of the registrant can be made available.02.Lessee. A person, firm, or corporation which has legal possession and control of a vehicle and/or motor vehicle under the terms of a written lease agreement.03.Non-Resident Owner-Operator. An owner-operator of a motor vehicle who is not a resident of Idaho, but is leasing transportation equipment, titled in another jurisdiction, to an Idaho trucking company.04.Transient Farm Labor Vehicles. A vehicle, or combination of vehicles, owned by a transient farm laborer, used in hauling unprocessed agricultural products for hire, and not exceeding sixty thousand (60,000) pounds maximum gross weight.Idaho Admin.
