New vehicles sold in Idaho being titled for the first time will have the title application endorsed by an Idaho-licensed, franchised new vehicle dealer.02.Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin Required. Title applications for new vehicles will be accompanied by a manufacturer's certificate of origin.03.Out-of-State Purchases.
