Section 37.03.07.001 - TITLE AND SCOPE01.Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 37.03.07, "Stream Channel Alteration Rules."02.Scope. The minimum standards are intended to enable the Director to process, in a short period of time, those applications which are of a common type and which do not propose alterations which will be a hazard to the stream channel and its environment. It is intended that these rules and minimum standards be administered in a reasonable manner, giving due consideration, to all factors affecting the stream and adjacent property.Idaho Admin.
