Section 36.01.01.066 - FILING01.Document Filing Place. A document filed with the Board shall be filed at the Board's mailing address or street address.02.Number of Copies. Unless otherwise indicated by the Board, one (1) copy shall be filed.03.Fax Filing. A filing by facsimile (fax) transmission is permitted for a notice of withdrawal or settlement, and for a notice or motion requiring an immediate response by the Board. Except for a notice of withdrawal, an original must be mailed to the Board and served on all other parties the same day. a. The transmission must be received in its entirety during office hours for it to be considered filed on the transmission date.b.
