Agricultural commodity liens pursuant to Chapter 18, Title 45, Idaho Code are filed in the same manner as initial financing statements and may use only forms prescribed by the Secretary of State's Office. These types of liens are indexed by debtor name and will be revealed, on request, by searches under Sections 504 and 505.a. Fee. Five dollars ($5).b. Duration.
