Section 34.05.06.413 - GLOBAL FILINGS01.Filing a Single UCC Document. The filing officer may accept for filing a single UCC document for the purpose of amending more than one (1) financing statement, for one (1) or both of the following purposes: a. Amendment to change secured party name; orb. Amendment to change secured party address.02.Global Filing. A global filing shall consist of a written document describing the requested amendment on a form approved by the filing office.
