Section 31.41.01.403 - TELEPHONE COMPANY RESPONSE TO INFORMAL COMPLAINTS

Within ten (10) business days of receiving notification that an informal complaint involving the telephone company has been filed with the Commission, telephone companies must respond either orally or in writing to the Commission. A telephone company will be granted an extension of time to prepare its response if it represents that it is making a good faith effort to resolve the matter in dispute. A full and complete response should be submitted to the Commission no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of notification from the Commission.
