Section 31.21.01.403 - UTILITY RESPONSE TO INFORMAL COMPLAINTS01.Response to Commission. Within ten (10) business days of receiving notification that an informal complaint involving the utility has been filed with the Commission, the utility must respond verbally or in writing to the Commission. A utility will be granted an extension of time to prepare its response if it represents that it is making a good faith effort to resolve the matter in dispute. A full and complete response should be submitted to the Commission no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of notification from the Commission.Idaho Admin. Code r. 31.21.01.403
