Section 31.01.01.112 - FORM AND CONTENTS - EXISTING UTILITYExisting utilities applying for the issuance or amendment of a certificate of convenience and necessity under Section 61-526, Idaho Code, must submit the following data (where relevant):
01.Statement and Explanation. A statement or prepared testimony and exhibits explaining why the proposed construction or expansion is or will be in the public convenience and necessity.02.Description of Construction or Expansion. A full description of the proposed construction or expansion, including the manner of construction or expansion, and if an expansion, the names of all public utilities, corporations, or persons with whom the expanded utility is likely to compete.03.Map. A map of suitable scale showing the location of the construction or expansion and its relation to other public utilities in the area(s) that offer or provide similar utility service.04.Financial Statement and Construction Timelines. A statement of the manner in which the applicant proposes to finance the construction or expansion, the time when the applicant proposes to begin the construction or expansion, and the time when the applicant proposes to complete the construction or expansion.05.Cost Estimates and Revenue Requirements. Estimates of the cost of the construction or expansion, the number of additional customers to be served by the construction or expansion, the revenues to be derived from the construction or expansion, and of the effects of the construction or expansion on revenue requirements.Idaho Admin.
