Section 24.36.01.501 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS01.Theft or Loss of Controlled Substances. A registrant must report to the Board on the same day reported to the DEA a theft or loss of a controlled substance that includes the information required by federal law.02.Individual and Outlet Information Changes. Changes in employment or changes to information provided on or with the initial or renewal application must be reported to the Board within ten (10) days of the change.03.Drug Distributor Monthly Reports.
