Section 24.36.01.220 - TECHNICIAN REGISTRATION01.Registration Requirements. A person may apply for registration as a technician if the person satisfies the following requirements: a. Age. Be at least sixteen (16) years of age.b. Exemption from Criminal Background Check. Technician candidates under the age of eighteen (18) are exempt from the fingerprint-based criminal history check requirement of Idaho Code.02.Certified Technician Registration.
