Section 20.03.17.036 - YEARLY REPORTING01.Annual Report. Lessees must provide an annual report to the Department that includes:a. A schedule of moorage rental rates, including moorage sizes and types.b. The number and size of all public boat and float home moorages.c. The number and size of all private boat and float home moorages.d. Current proof of insurance as required by the lease.02.Failure to Report.
