Section 18.08.01.030 - CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS, IFC SECTION 1101.1

Add to Section 1101.1,: "only, if in the opinion of the fire code official, they constitute a distinct hazard to life or property."
