Section 12.01.10.050 - WRITTEN DISCLOSURES01.Loan Modification Confirmation. Within three (3) business days, including Saturdays, of receipt of a notice from a creditor or its agent of a loan modification offer, a covered person shall deliver or send by first-class mail to the borrower a written confirmation of the terms of the loan modification offer.
