Section 12.01.08.078 - IMPLEMENTATION OF CRD01.Designation and Use of CRD System. Pursuant to Section 30-14-406, Idaho Code, the Administrator designates the web-based CRD to receive and store filings and collect related fees from broker-dealers, agents and investment adviser representatives on behalf of the Administrator. Forms U-4, U-5, BD, BR, and BDW shall be used to register or terminate agents, investment adviser representatives or broker-dealers, respectively, in the state of Idaho through the CRD system.
