Stock exchanges specified by or approved under Section 30-14-201(6), Idaho Code, are as follows:

01.The New York Stock Exchange;

02.The American Stock Exchange;

03.The NASDAQ Global Market and Global Select Market;

04.The Chicago Board Options Exchange;

05.Tier I of the Pacific Stock Exchange; and

06.Tier I of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc.
