Section 05.02.01.232 - USE OF MEDICATIONS01.Written Policy. The Provider must have written policies and procedures governing the use and administration of medication to juvenile offenders that conform to all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, those of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare or the applicable state's licensing authority.02.Notification. If initiating or modifying any medication, the Department's regional R.N. must be notified of the following: a. The name of the prescribed medication;b.
