The Provider must have a written policy regarding the participation of juvenile offenders in research projects that prohibits participation in medical or pharmaceutical testing for experimental or research purposes.02.Voluntary Participation. Policies must govern voluntary participation in non-medical and non-pharmaceutical research programs.
