Section 02.04.30.420 - SETBACKS FOR STOCKPILE SITESStockpile sites at agricultural operations must meet the following setback requirements.
01.Setback Distances. Stockpile sites shall maintain the following setbacks: a. Three hundred (300) feet from a non-responsible party's dwelling.b. Five hundred (500) feet from a hospital, church, or school.c. One hundred (100) feet from a domestic or irrigation well.d. One hundred (100) feet from surface waters of the State.e. Fifty (50) feet from a public highway.02.Responsible Party's Dwellings. Stockpile sites do not have setbacks from dwellings owned by the responsible party.03.Stockpile Staging Sites. Stockpile staging sites are not subject to the setbacks set forth in Subchapter D.Idaho Admin. Code r. 02.04.30.420
