Section 02.04.21.210 - BRUCELLOSIS VACCINATION REQUIREMENTSAll intact female cattle entering Idaho shall have been officially vaccinated for brucellosis except:
01.Cattle Consigned to Slaughter. Female cattle consigned directly to an approved slaughter establishment; or02.Cattle Consigned to Specifically Approved Livestock Markets. Female cattle consigned directly to a specifically approved livestock market; or03.Approved Feedlot. Female cattle consigned directly to an Idaho approved feedlot, by permit; or04.Calves. Female calves less than one hundred twenty (120) days of age not accompanying their dam, by permit; or05.Vaccination on Arrival. Non-vaccinated females may, by permit, be consigned to a qualified destination approved by the Administrator to be officially vaccinated on arrival pursuant to IDAPA 02.04.20, "Rules Governing Brucellosis"; or06.Show Cattle. Female cattle may enter Idaho for the purpose of participating in shows, rodeos, or other exhibitions, by permit.Idaho Admin. Code r. 02.04.21.210
