Employees shall be eligible for vacation leave, sick leave, and other leaves of absences with or without pay, as negotiated under applicable collective bargaining agreements. Employees excluded from collective bargaining shall secure similar leaves as provided under section 89C-3 and 89C-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as applicable.
