Section 8-63-59 - Authority to exempt(a) The assistant superintendent shall exempt positions, persons, or personal services in accordance with law upon finding that the conditions and requirements of law are met.(b) The assistant superintendent may establish standards and procedures for the exemption of positions.(c) The assistant superintendent may revoke a previously authorized exemption when the particular position or services no longer meet the criteria or conditions for exemption.
