Section 8-63-36 - Cancellation of eligible lists(a) The assistant superintendent may cancel an eligible list for good reason including but not limited to the following reasons: (1) Changes in the minimum qualification or classification standards of a class of positions;(2) Abolishment of the class for which the list of eligibles was established; or(3) All eligibles are unavailable for employment.(b) Applicants affected by the cancellation of the eligible list shall be notified.[Eff JUN 29 2012] (Auth: HRS §§ 302A-1112, 76-17) (Imp: HRS §§ 76-12, 76-13)
