Section 8-52-3 - Administration of board(a) The chairperson of the board shall be responsible for the administrative functions of the board.(b) Appeal hearings and board meetings shall be scheduled at the discretion of the board chairperson.(c) All decisions, orders and other actions of the board shall be authenticated or signed by the chairperson.[Eff.
