Section 8-49-4 - Youth political clubs

Youth political clubs, whose activities and meetings take place outside of school, shall be encouraged in the high schools, provided:

(1) They are not promoted by the school.

(2) Teachers who volunteer as club advisors do not bring into the classroom any phase of the club's activity.
