Section 8-27-7 - Curb-to-curb transportation procedures Students and parents or guardians who do not comply with the procedures in this section may be denied transportation. For students receiving curb-to-curb transportation, parents or guardians shall;
(1) Provide emergency information pertaining to the safety of the child prior to receiving transportation;(2) Provide supervision or designate a responsible alternate to provide supervision during the time the bus arrives to pick up and drop off the child.
