Section 7-9-31 - Uniform, unclean, improper, appearing in(a) A model specification for the offense of uniform, unclean, improper, appearing in shall be as follows: "In that_____________________did, on or about_____________________19__, wrongfully appear (at) (on board)_____________________, (without his/her_____________________) (in an unclean_____________________) (with an unclean_____________________) (___________________________)."
