Section 6-77-10 - Transmission and gathering systems: annual report(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), each operator of a transmission or a gathering pipeline system shall submit an annual report to the commission and the U.S. Department of Transportation for that system on Department of Transportation Form RSPA 7100.2 1.
