Section 6-77-3 - Incorporation by reference(a) Any documents or parts thereof incorporated by reference in this chapter are a part of this chapter as though set out in full.(b) All incorporated documents are available for inspection at the commission's office at 465 South King Street, Room 103, Honolulu, HI, in the Research and Special Programs Administration, Washington, D.C., or at the Office of the Federal Register, 1100 L Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
