Section 4-157-14 - Department's equipment on consumer's premises

All equipment belonging to the department and installed upon the consumer's premises for measurement, test, check, or other purpose, shall continue to be the property of the department and may be repaired, replaced, or removed by the department at any time without the consent of the consumer. The consumer shall exercise reasonable care to prevent damage to meters and other equipment of the department upon the premises and shall in no way interfere with the operation of the meters and other equipment.
