Section 4-94-12 - Cash, script, debit card, or credit card sales receipts for retail sales of petroleum products sold through liquid measuring devicesA cash, script, and debit or credit card sale receipt shall contain at least the following:
(1) The retail sale price, including all applicable taxes, per unit volume, upon which the transaction cost is based;(2) The total volume dispensed as displayed on the dispensing device;(3) The transaction cost as displayed on the dispensing device;(4) The name and location of the issuing station or facility;(5) The product type, such as: (C) Unleaded regular gasoline;(D) Unleaded premium gasoline;(6) The day, month, and year of the transaction.[Eff. 8/21/93] (Auth: HRS §§ 486-7, 486-110) (Imp: HRS § 486-110)
