Section 4-71A-14 - Permit cancellation

The chief may cancel a permit for any of the following reasons:

(1) Noncompliance with a permit condition;

(2) A change in statute or administrative rule restricting or disallowing import of the microorganism or board action disallowing a previously allowed use of the microorganism;

(3) A citation issued to the permittee for a violation involving import or possession of a microorganism or both; or

(4) Upon written request by the permittee.
