Section 4-22-3 - Division responsibility(a) The division shall incorporate the Office of International Epizootics Lists A and B diseases and supplementary Hawaii disease list I as lists of reportable diseases.(b) Exhibit A at the end of this chapter entitled "List of Diseases by OIE Classification" and "Supplementary Hawaii Disease List I", dated August 2000 or any more recent list designated by the board of agriculture, State of Hawaii, are made a part of this chapter.(c) The lists in Exhibit A of reportable diseases shall be made available to veterinarians in the State.[Eff. 10/5/81; am and comp] (Auth: HRS § 142-2) (Imp: HRS § 142-3)
