The administrative officer may request the directors of financial aids to participate in appropriate and necessary administrative activity associated with but not limited to the determination of recipients of grants, notification of eligible students of grants offered, payment of grants in behalf of recipients to eligible institutions, and the maintenance of fiscal and program records required by the federal government and the government of the State.
