If a recipient withdraws from an eligible institution or otherwise becomes ineligible for enrollment, no refund of tuition paid in behalf of the recipient shall be made to the recipient. The refund, if any, shall be made to the sources from which original payment was made. Refunds will be calculated in accordance with the refund schedule as published in the catalogue of the eligible institution.
