Beginning with the fall 1977 semester or its equivalent, the directors of financial aids shall submit to the administrative officer a list of all recipients of a grant under this program and the amount of the grant. Such a list shall be submitted one month before the end of each semester or its equivalent. Amended lists shall be submitted when appropriate.
