Section 19-170-193 - Pedestrian way(a) Whenever a pedestrian way is designated for a subdivision, the minimum width shall be twelve feet except as otherwise approved by the executive officer.(b) Pedestrian overpass or underpass structures and improvements shall be designed and constructed by the subdivider based upon plans approved by the executive officer.Haw.
