Section 19-170-117 - Architectural criteria(a) All rooftop mechanical appurtenances, stairwells and elevator enclosures, ventilators, and air-conditioning equipment shall be screened from view by architectural or landscape treatments.(b) Parking structures shall not be visible from adjacent streets.Haw.
