Section S8-6 - Tenant caused damages; eligible expenses(a) After the tenant has vacated the dwelling unit, the authority may reimburse the landlord or owner up to $3,000 for verified costs, not otherwise reimbursed by the tenant's security deposit, to repair the tenant caused property damage beyond normal wear and tear provided such costs exceed the security deposit.
