Section 17-2040-94 - Eligible expenses(a) After the tenant has vacated the dwelling unit, the authority may reimburse the landlord up to $1,000 for verified costs to repair the tenant-caused property damage provided such costs exceed the security deposit.(b) The authority may reduce the maximum possible reimbursement, suspend, or terminate the landlord incentive program based on the amount of funding available for this program.(c) Eligible repairs shall be only those repairs necessary to bring the dwelling unit back to the same or similar condition as documented at the time the tenant moved into the unit. No reimbursements shall be made for amenities that did not exist prior to the tenant's move in date.(d) These funds are in addition to any amounts which. are first deducted from the participants security deposit, as appropriate.
