Section 17-2040-58 - Utility assistance(a) The participant shall be responsible for the payment of a utility deposit and all utility payments.(b) The authority may provide assistance to the participant during the initial lease up process for utility arrears up to $200 to facilitate leasing, provided the authority verifies the family pays the utilities. This may include balances with gas, electric, water, or sewer.(c) Payment for these expenses is subject to the availability and allotment of designated funds.Haw. Code R. § 17-2040-58
