Section 17-2040-10 - Verification of information(a) The authority shall require an applicant or participant to provide documentation verifying information provided by the family relating to the program to the agency processing the initial application for assistance.(b) An applicant or participant who fails to provide requested documentation to verify information shall be ineligible for participation in the program.(c) Verification documents shall be valid for the following lengths of time: (1) For applicants, sixty days before the voucher is issued to the applicant.(2) For participants, one hundred twenty days from the date received by the authority.Haw.
