Section 17-2038-22 - Motions(a) All motions shall state the grounds and shall set forth the relief or order sought Motions need not be in writing.(b) All motions shall be presented to the eviction board at the commencement of the hearing If a written motion is presented, a copy shall be provided to the opposing party.(c) The opposing party may state opposition to any motion presented to the eviction board. The eviction board may consider all motions and opposing motions and shall rule on each motion when appropriate. Haw. Code R. § 17-2038-22
