Section 17-2038-5 - Grounds for termination of tenancy and eviction(a) The eviction board shall determine whether there are sufficient grounds for termination of the rental agreement.(b) The grounds for termination of the rental agreement are set forth in section 356D-62, HRS, and sections 15-186-48 and 15-193-48.
