Section 17-2036-27 - Notification of eligibility(a) An applicant shall be mailed a written notification after an eligibility determination is made The notification shall specifically state the reasons for the determination.(b) An eligible applicant shall be issued a certification of section 8 homeownership eligibility.(c) In the event the authority has issued all of the section 8 homeownership eligibility certifications, eligible applicants shall be placed on the waiting list.(d) An applicant determined to be ineligible for admission or participation in the Program shall be afforded an opportunity to request an informal review as set forth in chapter 17-2036, Hawaii Administrative Rules.
